This week's challenge is this:
Three times everyday. Want more out of it, do it three times
consecutively. In order for you to be eligible for the prize you need
to do this for at least 3 of the 5 days. That means each day you will
have done 30 push ups, 60 sit ups, 75 squats, 60 lunges, 240 jumping
jacks,and 3 minutes of wall sits. This is similar to what a personal
trainer would give you, and then some more.
What you playing for: A jump rope.
